Note on data

All reports are subject to the data suppression rules and limitations to protect our participants data. The ecomp platform houses all data in Canada. To learn more about our data protection policies, please visit our website or contact us at ecomp@eckler.ca.

Accessing reports

All ebenchmarking reports are accessible from the ecomp platform. To access the reports assigned to your organization, login to the ecomp platform and select “Reports” from the menu on the left side of the screen. Access each report from card displayed in the Reports menu.

Subscriptions

To purchase a subscription to the ebenchmarking reporting, reach out to ecomp@eckler.ca for the details and purchase form. A subscription includes two components: interactive ebenchmarking reporting and the Eckler Benefits and Retirement Report. Subscriptions can be purchased for one, two, or three years at a time. A reduced rate for the subscription is available to organizations that participate in the ebenchmarking survey.

Video guide

Contact ecomp@eckler.ca to add users to your organization’s account. There is a limit of five users per organization’s subscription. Additional fees apply to have more than five users per organization. We will reach out to you in advance of the expiration of your subscription, but you can contact ecomp@eckler.ca at any time to renew or extend your subscription. The date that your subscription lapses is shown on each card in the Reports menu.
